4. Subscriptions, Free Trial & Payments

We offer both free trial and paid subscription options:

Free Trial: Selected plans offer a 7-day free trial. At the end of the trial period, full access may require upgrading to a paid subscription.
Billing: Payments are securely processed via Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal billing date.
Refunds: All payments are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or agreed upon in writing.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to misuse our platform. Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to:

Posting illegal, fraudulent, harmful, or misleading advertisement content.
Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or compromise the system's security.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, logos, branding, and design elements on NTPSAMS platforms are the exclusive property of NTPSAMS Technology. Users retain ownership of their uploaded ad media but grant us a license to display and host it for service operation.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms of Service or engage in unauthorized activity.

8. Limitation of Liability

NTPSAMS Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services.
